I enjoyed an interesting and very active childhood growing up in country NSW where I developed a passion for horse riding and a very keen interest in ballet and netball.

It was a horse riding accident that led me to consult the local Chiropractor in Tumut. He was such an inspiration both as a person and as a professional, that at the age of fourteen I knew that I wanted to also become a Chiropractor. I was motivated to help others feel as good as what I did!

After completing my studies I opened my own clinic in Penrith, where we work as a team to make a positive difference to the community’s health and well-being. I still love my work as much as ever and have a strong interest in sporting injuries. I always enjoy going to regular seminars to expand my knowledge on the latest trends and technology.

Fitness is very important to me so in my leisure time I continue to enjoy riding my horse, going to the beach or escaping for a bushwalk in the Blue Mountains. Nature is a huge source of inspiration to me.

Chiropractic for me is as natural as nature itself, as it offers an abundance of hope and relief for many conditions.

Mary Anne Lowery is a certified Webster technique practitioner, which aims to have optimal pelvic balance to support your spine during pregnancy.

Introducing Julie Rushworth, the newest member of the Mary Anne Lowery Chiropractic team, with over 25 years experience in Chiropractic Health.

Hello, my name is Julie; I have worked as a Chiropractic Assistant for many years. I am passionate about helping people reach their full health potential. I am a genuine caring individual. So I enjoy seeing people in pain or discomfort get the help they need and receiving positive results. I love being a part of the Dr Mary Anne Lowery Chiropractic team. I feel grateful to have found a place that shares such similar values to mine around health, well-being and life.

I love meeting new people and enjoy a good laugh. I am very energetic, full of fun and life and at times rather loud. We have a lot of fun at this practice; it is always a pleasure coming to work when you love the work that you do. I have completed my Cert 3 in Community Services and currently studying my Cert 4. The plan is to eventually get my diploma in Social Work. I love helping people in need.

I live in the Hartley Valley. I have two teenage boys that drive me crazy with their sports and keep me on my toes. I absolutely love and adore animals. I have three donkeys, two dogs and a cat, which think they are all human. In my spare time, I like catching up with my friends, BBQ's, movies, dinners, trivia game nights; I'm also a bit partial to the odd karaoke.

Hello, my name is Jayme. I've been working with Mary Anne in administration of a Friday.

I first met Mary Anne as a patient. Suffering from several back problems for over 15 years, led me to be referred to Mary Anne. My conditions were giving me daily grief, which many of Mary Anne Lowery Chiropractic & Massage patients also suffer from.

Mary Anne not only was able to help me with her amazing adjustments but offer advice and products that helped in between sessions.

Not only is Mary Anne an excellent chiropractor, but she is always available for a chat and really listens to both her patients and her staff.

Mary Anne's caring and gentle approach to everyone that comes into the clinic makes her adjustments that much more special. Everyone leaves with a smile on their face and a refreshed spring in their step.
